Ms. Lu is a patent attorney who graduated from Beijing Agricultural College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She joined Kangxin in 2004 and has been responsible for managing the Chinese intellectual property process for many years. Through years of practice, Ms. Lu has accumulated rich practical experience, especially in the area of Chinese patent law and procedural work.
Currently, Ms. Lu primarily handles the early stages of project work, including business negotiations and overall planning of bidding processes. By conducting preliminary basic searches and accurately assessing the needs of enterprises, she develops suitable project implementation plans. She helps enterprises with professional consulting and planning services in patent layout, early warning, and navigation. Additionally, Ms. Lu is responsible for quality control within her department. She monitors and controls various process points in her work according to project management principles and ISO quality procedures, aiming to provide high-quality and efficient project results to clients.
As an instructor at Kangxin, Ms. Lu has frequently participated in company training related to procedural work.
