A state owned company wanted to introduce a full set of production technology and related patents to a famous university, so they entrusted Kangxin to conduct patent assessment. Through technology advancement and rights stability assessment, we identified flaws and inadequacies in each patent and found foreign patents with technology similar to that of the university. As some of the key technologies have already been patented, we found that the university has overestimated the value of this technology. Finally, the company prevailed in the negotiations and has reached a deal at a reasonable price.
