Mr. Tian obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Optical and Communication Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2001, and his Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2006.

Mr. Tian joined Kangxin in 2010 after working for four years as a patent examiner at SIPO, during which he worked on quality control of patent examinations for one year and achieved extensive experiences on patent prosecution and patent retrieval.

Currently at Kangxin, Mr. Tian practices in a wide range of technical fields but particularly focuses on display, electronics and communication technology. He serves a variety of foreign clients on patent drafting, prosecution, re-examination, and invalidation. And he also works as an instructor concerning patent retrieval and infringement analysis for the Kangxin Training Center.
