Mr. Hu Ling is a patent consultant who graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University's Department of Computer Science and subsequently from China University of Political Science and Law, majoring in Intellectual Property Law. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Law. After graduation, he has mainly engaged in patent and related intellectual property services, including patent application consulting and drafting, and providing suggestions and responses during the substantive examination phase. He has handled patents in various fields such as software, the internet, and mobile communications, and has repeatedly been involved in patent mining, writing, and response work related to open-source software.
Since joining Kangxin, Mr. Hu has primarily focused on patent search, patent layout analysis, patent mining, Freedom-To-Operate (FTO), and Evidence of Use (EOU) related patent consulting work. He has also participated multiple times in patent search, layout analysis, and infringement analysis for video coding and decoding projects.
