Mr. James Chen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Macromolecule & Composite Materials in 2000 and his Master of Science degree in Material Processing Engineering in 2003 at Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. His IP background includes completing training on U.S. patent prosecution and International Trade Commission practice at CONNOLLY BOVE LODGE & HUTZ LLP in Washington D.C. and Wilmington in the U.S.A. Currently at Kangxin, Mr. Chen specializes in patent drafting, prosecution, re-examination, invalidation, administrative litigation, with a focus on macromolecule & polymer composite, material processing, mechanics, semiconductor devices & fabrication, electronics, liquid crystal driver circuits, electronic components, electrical instruments and digital processing.
