On July 18, 2013, Yimei Hammond, a U.S. Patent Attorney from Kremblas & Foster, gave a lecture on U.S. Patent Prosecution and Enforcement at Kangxin. Kangxin Training Center co-organized the salon, which realizes the synchronized network broadcast and provides the clients with a brand new way to participate.

Ms. Hammond discussed recent development in the U.S. patent laws, appropriate IP strategies to deal with such changes, and related patent enforcement issues. After the lecture, Ms. Hammond answered some questions from audience.
