date: 2025-06-18

On June 10, the 2025 National Unified Destruction Campaign for Infringing and Counterfeit Goods held its Guizhou sub-venue event in Guiyang City. This destruction involved infringing and counterfeit goods across various categories, including food, electrical appliances, daily chemical products, and medical devices—totaling over 80 tons with a market value of nearly 10 million yuan. The destruction was carried out using environmentally friendly and harmless methods. Law enforcement personnel from relevant departments supervised the entire destruction process on site.

It is reported that in 2024, administrative law enforcement departments at all levels in Guizhou Province continuously carried out special campaigns such as "Kunlun," "Clean Wind," and "Protect Intellectual Property." A total of 13,300 cases of infringement and counterfeiting were investigated and handled in accordance with the law, with 134 cases transferred to judicial authorities. These efforts have effectively safeguarded the order of fair market competition, protected the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and business entities, and better encouraged and promoted entrepreneurship and innovation.
