From September 8 to 9, the 15th China Intellectual Property Annual Conference (CIPAC 2026) was held at China National Convention Center Phase II in Beijing.

As a major industry event in the field of intellectual property at the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, this year’s conference, themed “Promoting High-Quality Development of Intellectual Property during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period,” brought together representatives from government departments, international organizations, judicial authorities, leading enterprises, and professional service institutions around the world. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics including intellectual property protection, utilization, and industrial innovation.

With more than 30 years of experience in the intellectual property services sector, Beijing Kangxin Partners, P.C. (“Kangxin”) participated in the conference with its core team.
