Ms. Li obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Material Processing from Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology and Master of Science degree in Material Processing from the University of Science and Technology in Beijing.

Ms. Li subsequently worked as an assistant engineer at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, where she accumulated extensive experience in material processing and metallurgy.

Ms. Li joined Kangxin Partners, P.C. in 2003, where she specialized in patent prosecution involving material processing, integrated circuits, the semiconductor industry and the automobile industry. She went to Germany to receive training on Patent Law of Europe and Patent Law of Germany.

Ms. Li was admitted to lawyer certificate in 2005 and obtained registered patent attorney license in 2006. As a patent attorney and attorney-at-law, Ms. Li is skilled in patent invalidation and IP litigation.
