Ms. Liu obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Tang Shan Teachers College in 2006, and her Master of Science in Physical Microelectrics from Dalian University of Technology in 2009. Since 2009, joined Kangxin Partners, Ms. Liu she has successfully handled hundreds of patent applications, OA response cases and PCT cases in Electrical and Communication technology field，in which he drafted dozens of applications for clients and has gained rich experience in both domestic and oversea patent application and OA response.
