Ms. Baker obtained her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and Juris Doctorate from The John Marshal Law School in Chicago. Ms. Baker's experience in intellectual property began in Singapore where she studied international intellectual property law at the National University of Singapore and was an intern within the intellectual property department at a large Singaporean law firm. Prior to joining Kangxin, Ms. Baker advised foreign and domestic clients on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property related matters in Vietnam and China.
At Kangxin, Ms. Baker assists the firm's international clients on a wide-range of intellectual property issues. Much of Ms. Baker's work is focused on establishing ideal intellectual property and business strategies for both large and small entities who enter the Chinese market as well as providing advice in on-going enforcement matters.
