Profile
Ms. Li Hui is a patent attorney who graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology and the University of Science and Technology Beijing, holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in engineering. With over ten years of experience in patent work, Ms. Li specializes in handling cases in the mechanical, material processing, and vehicle fields at Kangxin Partner P.C.. She has provided services in patent application, drafting, and invalidation cases for numerous renowned domestic and international enterprises. Additionally, she focuses on representing domestic companies in patent invalidation cases, boasting rich experience in handling such cases with a high success rate. Ms. Li has undergone training in European and German patent law at two patent firms in Germany, gaining a good understanding of the patent systems and practices in Europe and Germany. Furthermore, Ms. Li is in charge of the consulting department at Kangxin, responsible for patent searching, analysis, and strategic services. She has led her team in undertaking key patent early warning projects for various Intellectual Property Offices and leading enterprises across different industries, completing numerous domestic and overseas early warning analysis projects. Her contributions have provided constructive suggestions for enterprises in risk avoidance and strategic patent layout, positioning her expertise in search services, early warning analysis, and patent layout planning at the forefront of the industry. Ms. Li was selected as one of the first hundred patent information talents in the 2012 national batch by the National Intellectual Property Administration of China and is also one of the drafters of the national analysis and evaluation standards.

  • 2000 Graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology, majoring in Material Processing Engineering, and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • 2003 Graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, majoring in Material Processing Engineering, and obtained a Master of Engineering degree.
  • 2003 Joined Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) in Beijing.
