Profile

Ms. Cui graduated from China Agricultural University with a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law and later from Renmin University of China with a Master of Laws degree. Before joining Kangxin, she worked as a clerk for the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court, specializing in research and judicial assistance in trademark and copyright law. She was involved in assisting the adjudication of many influential intellectual property cases in China. During her tenure, she served as the responsible editor for "Intellectual Property Adjudication Guidance" and participated in several national intellectual property meetings and trainings, acquiring rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the fields of trademarks and copyrights. After joining Kangxin in 2011, she handled a large number of cases including trademark applications, trademark oppositions, invalidation, administrative litigation, and copyright registration. She has provided many well-known domestic enterprises with professional legal opinions and trademark strategy planning, helping them improve their intellectual property management.
