Mr. Liu earned his Master degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has been an engineer since graduated from NanChang University.
Mr. Liu joined Kangxin Partners, P.C. upon graduating from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Mr. Liu’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications in china and abroad, patent infringements and patent invalidation. His practice has concentrated on the following technologies: Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Mr. Liu has handled hundreds of domestic and foreign patent applications for famous domestic clients. He was graded as the highest level patent attorney for both domestic and foreign patent application services. Since 2009, Mr. Liu has successfully handled a large number of patent applications and IP disputes involving patent infringements and patent invalidation, and he has been listed as one of litigation Patent Attorneys by the Supreme People's Court of PRC.
