Ms. Zhang obtained her Bachelor Degree in Optical Communication Engineering from Jilin University in 2007, and her Master Degree in Communication and Information System from Jilin University in 2009. Ms. Zhang began her IP career in 2009 as a patent engineer in Kangxin Partners, P.C. Since her joining Kangxin Partners, P.C., Ms. Zhang has successfully handled hundreds of domestic and oversea patent applications, domestic and oversea OA response cases and PCT cases in Electrical and Communication technology field for famous domestic clients and has gained rich experience in both domestic and oversea patent application and prosecution.
