Mr. Liu received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tianjin University in 2010 and in 2014 respectively. Mr. Liu joined Kangxin Partners, P.C. in 2014 and completed his training on patent practice and IP law and regulations. Currently at Kangxin, he is responsible for patent Drafting, OA Response, Reexamination etc,, and obtains rich experiences of serving as a patent agent.
