He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Material Science and Engineering in 2005, followed by a Master of Engineering degree in Information Functional Materials in 2008, both from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Throughout his university tenure, Mr. Shen delved deeply into various disciplines including materials, chemistry, electronics/photo electronics, and semiconductors, laying a solid foundation for his subsequent career in patent law. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Shen pursued specialized training in patent practice, including patent translation, offered by RWS of the UK, and patent practice training in China. Since joining Kangxin Partners, P.C. in 2008, Mr. Shen has been instrumental in delivering exceptional patent drafting, prosecution, re-examination, invalidation, and administrative litigation services to an esteemed clientele comprising renowned global entities such as SONY, SIEMENS, Hyundai, SAMSUNG, SABIC, Abbott, L'Oreal, OSRAM, BOEING, and Broad Institute.
