Mr. Jiang obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tongji University in 2004, and his Master of Science degree in Communication Engineering from Tongji University in 2007.

Mr. Jiang engaged in R&D of communication technology before he became a member of Kangxin. He participated in many projects and accumulated rich experience in Electrical and Communication technology field. After joining Kangxin in 2008, he has been responsible for drafting and OA responses for many of clients who are the pioneers in their industries, serving as an experienced patent agent. He has given dozens of lectures to our clients, who have commended his professionalism and knowledge. Mr. Jiang accepted his training course of US IP law in reputed firm Scully, Scott, Murphy & Presser, P.C. He attended a CEIPI training course in France to enrich his knowledge of EU IP law. In 2012, Mr. Jiang was selected as an instructor of ACPAA (All-China Patent Attorneys Association).
