Ms. Li graduated from North University of China in 2008, majoring in Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation. She obtained her Master’s Degree in engineering from Donghua University in 2011. Ms. Li joins Kangxin Partners.P.C. from 2012, and she is mainly responsible for new application drafting and translating, OA response to USPTO, EPO and IP Australia, and patent reexamination and invalidation services; the field relates to a refrigeration system, a printing apparatus, a display and lighting apparatus, a firefighting apparatus, etc. Ms. Li has handled hundreds of mechanical patent application, OA response cases for our global well-known clients successfully, since she joined Kangxin Partners, P.C., especially on PCT applications in US and in European counties. She has gained rich experiences of oversea patent application and OA response after years work and continuous study.
