Ms. Qu obtained her Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Flight Vehicle Propulsion Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2005, and her Master of Engineering Degree in Aviation and Aerospace Science & Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2007.
