Ms. Liu received her Bachelor of Science degree in optical electronics and optical communication from Beijing University of technology in 2004, and her Master of Science degree in optical electronics and optical communication from the same university in 2007. Before joining Kangxin Partners, P.C. in 2007, Ms. Liu once worked as an engineer in the Department of oversea market of Beijing Jones. Currently at Kangxin, she specializes in patent drafting and translation of patent documentation pertaining to electrical engineering and semiconductor fabrication and devices.
