Ms. Zhang holds an MBA degree from ESSEC Business School and an LLM degree from EDHEC Business School in France. She started her IP practice in 2006 and has assisted IP owners from all over the world in devising and implementing tailored strategies for IP protection in China, with regard to both prosecution and enforcement. She is also very experienced in providing consultation and guidance to Fortune 500 companies, law firms and related institutions in the analysis and use of global IP data including trademark data, patent data, domain name data and online brand protection data. Based on her deep knowledge and extensive experience of IP practice, she provides proactive, insightful advice to clients and helps them to resolve their problems successfully and efficiently.
