The "Intellectual Property Law Application High Level Forum", organized by the China Intellectual Property Law Society Sub-Committee on Legal Practice, endorsed by the International Trademark Association and China Intellectual Property News, co-organized by Kangxin, was held on 7th and 8th December, 2013 in Beijing. The Forum was divided into three sub-forums, focusing on patent, trademark and pharmaceutical matters respectively. More than 700 attendees, including judges from the IPR Tribunals of various courts, IPR experts, in-house counsels and representatives from IP agencies, participated in the discussion of "Focus, Justice, Protection & Innovation". Kangxin partner Ms. Celia Y. Li, Mr. John Z. Wang, as well as IP attorney Jianwei Han delivered keynote speeches at the forum.
