Ms. Cai graduated and earned her bachelor’s degree in management from Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, School of Marketing Management in 2010. Ms. Cai joined Kangxin Partners, P.C., in August of the same year, and transferred to Trademark Department in 2012 until now. She has experience with a wide range of trademark matters, including registration, non-use cancellation, assignment, prosecution, opposition, invalidation, and negotiation. Ms. Cai is also experienced in copyright matters and customs issues.
