In 2015, a Chinese military hospital intended to acquire certain orthopedic technology and entrusted Kangxin to assess the value of the relevant intellectual property of the technology, including patents, trademarks, copyright, pharmaceutical lot number and other intangible assets, a total of 62 items. By analyzing the technology from a legal, technological, and market perspective, as well as by doing model calculations, we were able to provide our client with the final assessment value. Our findings were compiled in a 24 page report, which took 3 weeks to put together. The results were highly praised by the client and the transaction was completed according to our evaluations.
