Kangxin Training Center held a contest for its instructors at China Intellectual Property Training Center. Kangxin partners Samson Yu and Mary Zhang judged the event. The purpose of this event was to further train instructors through competition and exchanges as well as to explore and expand the company’s training resources.
A lot of preparation went into planning this event, which lasted for a month, with 35 instructors from different departments participating in the competition. 8 senior lecturers provided professional guidance and acted as judges. A total of 15 judges participated in selecting the winners. The competition was comprised of three events, split into two stages. The first stage included “Course Development” and “Training and Teaching” events, and the second was an all-around competition held on the final day.
On the final day of the competition, each group first received feedback on their performance during the previous stage. The event then moved on to the final stage, where participating lecturers demonstrated their prepared courses in patents, trademarks, process controls, client maintenance and others. The judges assessed the instructors on course design, logical thinking, language skills, PowerPoint presentations and other related criteria.
After a fierce competition, a total of more than 20 prizes were awarded in such categories as curriculum development, training and lectures, and all-around winners were chosen. First place was awarded to domestic patent department’s Zou Qiushuang, foreign patent department’s Shen Jingting and Li Haixia.
This event allowed Kangxin’s instructors not only to improve their teaching skills but also to consider future training, career development and client awareness.
We hope this event was helpful for every instructor and that they will work to promote and cultivate more intellectual property talent.
