    According to the report, the total number of professional and skilled personnel in Beijing will reach 3.866 million and 3.63 million respectively in 2020. Eighty-five new postdoctoral research stations have been set up in Beijing, with 437 municipally affiliated postdoctoral research stations and 51 mobile stations.

    

    Beijing also took the lead in issuing opinions on the implementation of e-labor contracts, with about 1,500 enterprises implementing e-labor contracts and a total of nearly 400,000 contracts. We launched a system-wide special campaign of "director-general procedures", integrating 189 service items into 24 "scenario-based services", and completed the "last mile" of implementing the policy.

    

    This year, focusing on speeding up construction of international science and technology innovation center, promoting the construction of "two", the development tasks such as digital economy, Beijing will further improve the assessment mechanism, continue to deepen the reform of the system of professional titles, open title professional intellectual property, promote the classified evaluation, and continuously optimize title evaluation service, promote the title certificate electronically.
