The Fourth Intellectual Property Forum, hosted by ACPAA (All China Patent Attorneys Association), was held on 26th, July in Beijing, He hua, Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office, and Song Jianhua, Director of Treaty and Law Office of SIPO, attended the Forum. At this Forum, patent agents which won the excellent research paper were issued a prize as well. Samson G. Yu, Managing Partner of Kangxin, gave a speech on "Suggestions to further improve patent agent system".

The Forum received 351 papers in total from SIPO, court of justice, patent agents, institutions and corporations, 67 of which won the excellent research paper. Five papers submitted by Kangxin got the prize, taking up 7.5% of the winning entries, which ranks top 3 among the patent agents. This data illustrates Kangxin’s high academic standard.
