Ms. Wu received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Test & Control from Southeast University in 2000.
Ms. Wu has been practicing in the IP field since 2000 and has been admitted to practice in the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO). She also has the qualification to practice before the Court for patent litigation cases. Before joining Kangxin Partners, P.C. in 2002, she worked as a patent engineer in Foxconn for two years. Since 2002, Ms. Wu has successfully handled a large number of patent applications and patent invalidation cases for both foreign and domestic clients.
Currently at Kangxin, Ms. Wu specializes in patent invalidation and patent litigation, with a focus on computer technology, electronics, telecommunications, audio/video equipment, HDTV, PDP technology, semiconductor devices, liquid crystal driver circuits, electronic components, electrical instruments and digital processing. She also provides clients with advice on validity search, infringement analysis and responding to Office Actions.
