Cynthia Wang joined Kangxin and began her career in IP in 2008, following her graduation from Beijing International Studies University. 

Ms. Wang has gained experience in various IP issues with particular focus on practices concerning trademark prosecution, protection and trademark-related administrative litigation.

Ms. Wang’s expertise encompasses trademark prosecution and protection cases, domain name registration and dispute and copyright enforcement in China as well as trademark prosecution in Hong Kong.  Ms. Wang also concentrates her practice on tailoring overall strategic schemes for clients to safeguard their trademark rights in China.

Ms. Wang has handled thousands of cases representing the clients which are worldwide well-known companies or organizations.
