Ms. Wu is a patent agent and one of the first group of patent litigation agents approved by the Supreme People's Court of China. She graduated from Southeast University, specializing in Computer Testing and Control, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. With many years of experience in the field of intellectual property, Ms. Wu has been engaged in patent agency work since 2002. She has represented domestic and international clients in handling thousands of patent applications, responses to examination opinions, and a large number of patent re-examination, invalidation, and administrative litigation cases in the fields of computers, semiconductors, electronics, and communications. Through years of practice, she has accumulated extensive work experience. As a senior patent agent, Ms. Wu is particularly skilled in handling cases involving patent invalidation, patent administrative litigation, patent infringement litigation, and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) legal consultations. The cases she has represented have a high success rate in satisfying client interests and requirements, significantly safeguarding their interests.
Ms. Wu is familiar with the patent law systems of the United States and Europe. In 2006, she received training in U.S. patent law at CONNOLLY BOVE LODGE & HUTA LLP and HAMRE SCHUMANN MUELLER & LARSON P.C. law firms in the United States. She has represented well-known domestic enterprises in numerous applications entering the United States and Europe, as well as subsequent responses to examination opinions, foreign patent infringement analysis, and stability analysis, demonstrating her extensive experience in foreign applications and analysis.
