Ms. Wan is a lawyer who graduated from Kibi International University in Japan and Renmin University of China, holding a Bachelor's degree in International Sociology and a Master's degree in Law. She has many years of experience in intellectual property and has been engaged in Sino-Japanese intellectual property affairs. Ms. Wan possesses extensive experience in intellectual property translation, application, and non-litigation legal services. She has served as a translation supervisor for a case collection on reexamination (creativity) published in Japan and has more than five years of experience in patent applications and OA (Office Action) responses, serving numerous well-known Japanese enterprises. She has participated in the intellectual property due diligence for a merger and acquisition project of a famous household appliance manufacturer and has been involved in intellectual property licensing, transfer, and operation for several large domestic and Japanese enterprises. Additionally, she provides legal consultation on Chinese trademarks and patents to Japanese clients and offers training and consultation for domestic clients on patent applications in Japan. Ms. Wan is familiar with the Japanese patent law system and has actively contributed to Sino-Japanese intellectual property exchanges over the years. She has participated in activities and lectures organized by the Japan Intellectual Property Association, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and Sino-Japanese agent associations, dedicating her efforts to the exchange of intellectual property knowledge between China and Japan.
