Ms. Tong serves as a partner, lawyer, and trademark attorney. She obtained Bachelor's degree in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China. Since 2009, Ms. Tong has been exclusively engaged in trademark intellectual property agency and litigation work. She provides intellectual property consulting and stewardship services to several enterprises, focusing on establishing intellectual property brand strategies for enterprises, particularly in trademark layout and corporate rights protection. She has handled a large number of administrative cases for trademark opposition and invalidation, as well as trademark civil infringement cases, successfully securing well-known trademark recognition for clients through administrative and judicial channels.
