Ms. Wu serves as a partner, attorney at law, and trademark attorney. She graduated from the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University and later from the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA program. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree. Since Ms. Wu started to practice in the field of intellectual property law from 2005, she has handled a large number of IP-related cases, including prosecution, dispute resolution, anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition, as well as IP transaction and technology transfer. In addition, she has also provided consultation in relation to IP strategy and IP management of enterprises. Ms. Wu has been constantly awarded as Top Lawyer in the field of intellectual property by various international media and organizations, such as Chambers, Asialaw, WTR, MIP, Global Law Experts, etc.

  • 2005 Graduated from the Law School of Beijing Foreign Studies University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • 2005 Received training in international financial law and intellectual property law at Depaul University School of Law.

  • 2014 Obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA
