Cynthia Wang joined Kangxin and began career in IP area since 2008 after graduated from Beijing International Studies University. Ms. Wang has gained experience in various IP issues with particular focus on practices concerning trademark prosecution, protection and trademark-related administrative litigation. Ms. Wang’s expertise encompasses trademark prosecution and protection cases, domain name registration and dispute and copyright enforcement in China as well as trademark prosecution in Hong Kong. Ms Wang also concentrates her practice on tailoring overall strategic schemes for clients to safeguard their trademark rights in China. Up to now, Ms. Wang handled thousands of cases representing the clients which are worldwide well-known companies or organizations.
